With just days to go until the final entry deadline for the PRmoment Awards on January 17th, PR professionals are running out of time to be included in one of the most prestigious PR events. For those of you aiming to prove the value of your work to clients, prospects, and team members, this is your opportunity to shine.
As we look ahead to our March and April awards evenings, it’s pertinent to highlight the exciting developments introduced for 2025. These changes are designed to ensure the awards remain not only the best-in-class recognition of PR talent, but also a learning opportunity for all entrants.

A recent opinion piece by Hope and Glory’s strategy director Adam Mack called the overall industry awards’ judging process for being “pretty crap”. Mack wrote: “Having judged quite a few awards…it’s clear the way we recognise success needs to be better.”
PRmoment, despite having skin in the game, confidently published the critique. Why?
Because we know our awards judging process is about as tough and robust as they come – our judges demand evaluation metrics, KPIs across campaign outputs, outtakes and outcomes.
Recognition at the PRmoment Awards is more than just a trophy on the shelf – it’s a testament to your team’s skill, creativity, and results. It’s a proof point for clients, a morale boost for employees, and an opportunity to benchmark your work against the best in the industry.
Below, we run through some hints and tips to enter the awards that our strict panel would probably rather keep under their hats:
What do the judges look for?
Our judging process has always been transparent, and 2025 is no exception. But there are a few things you can include to get the panel agonising over who to select. For campaign entries, we ask you to address the following criteria:
Campaign objectives – Clarity and relevance of your objectives.
Strategy – How well your strategy aligns with the campaign’s goals, budget, and target audience.
Creativity – Insight-driven, imaginative solutions.
Implementation – Flawless execution that delivers on the strategy.
Results and evaluation – Solid KPIs, covering outputs, outtakes, and most importantly, outcomes.
Why you should win – This is your chance to convince the judges why your campaign stands out.
With 40% of our jury from in-house roles and a commitment to diversity, you can be confident your work will be assessed by a balanced and experienced panel.

Shortlisters get more glory
This year, we’re ramping up the profile of both shortlisted and winning entries. Ahead of the awards, we’ll publish a league table of the most shortlisted and following the events, we’ll release a comprehensive list of the most awarded PR agencies. Beyond the numbers, we’re committed to showcasing the creativity and innovation behind these campaigns. Expect detailed profiles of the most interesting work on PRmoment shortly after the awards.
No submission ghosting
We know it’s frustrating to invest time and effort into your submission, only to fall short of the shortlist without knowing why. That’s why we’re introducing personalised, actionable feedback for all non-shortlisted entries. This feedback will be delivered promptly after the shortlist announcements, giving you a clear understanding of how to improve and come back stronger next year.

Local excellence gets elevated
The PR industry has grown significantly over the past decade, and we’ve seen incredible work at a local level that deserves recognition. With this in mind, we’re proud to launch the Regional Champions Scheme. When entering the awards, you can now select one of nine regions across the UK. The highest-scoring campaigns in each region will be named Regional Champions, giving local brilliance the spotlight it deserves.
