Nick Band, together with Mark Borkowski, is looking to fund a start-up PR agency. I recently caught up with Nick - who is the principal investor behind the agency 2014 scheme.
Nick and I talked about what the agency 2014 scheme is all about, who it might be suitable for and what the most important attributes are - if you're starting up your own PR firm.
As with all investments, the level of equity depends on the level of risk. ie: what clients are confirmed, the salaries the founders may need to take out of the businnes, other staff costs, premises etc.
