The first semester of the PRmoment Leaders Agency Programme has ended and it was excellent. We have a great cohort of senior agency people in our community, ranging from AssDirs to MDs. They represent an array of businesses from high profile consumer agencies to b2b / industry-specific specialists and new challenger brands.
Our people have networked with their peers in the cohort and they’ve engaged enthusiastically with the outstanding lineup of industry experts who delivered our first tranche of masterclasses.

You will achieve better growth when you share responsibility for it
You will improve diversity & inclusion when you’re totally honest with your team
Update your key stakeholders in real time on all news, good and bad
You need to work hard on your relationship with your FD, it really matters
You have no middle ground in new biz - either fully commit or walk away
Embrace self-critical openness to win your clients’ trust and to constantly improve
Understand what risk management means for your clients and be prepared to flex
Focus on unexpected surprises for your team to reward great work
Be proud of the achievements of your agency alumni
