Lessons from Leaders

We’re reaching a major milestone for PRmoment Leaders this month, as we complete the first full year of our agency programme.

Our cohort of 35 ambitious leaders, from over 20 agencies that range widely in both sector and size, have learned much from the carefully-curated panel of 19 experts who have delivered masterclasses since our launch in May 2024.

I am grateful to all our industry experts for being part of PRmoment Leaders. They have provided plenty of food for thought for our people to discuss and debate in Leaders gatherings over the last year, both virtual and face-to-face.

The masterclass sessions (see full list of names and topics below) have covered a broad spectrum of issues for the next generation of agency leaders. Our experts have challenged, provoked and inspired our cohort in important ways, providing fresh and nuanced thinking for people to take back into their own agency environments.

To provide a flavour of the collective wisdom of our faculty, here is a distillation of some of the key lessons that emerged throughout the year. This guidance is a small taste of the overall roadmap our experts have provided over the last 12 months to help ensure our people build a positive, winning culture and achieve lasting business success…

We will very soon be announcing another outstanding masterclass line up for our next semester starting in May 2025. Now is an excellent time to get onboard PRmoment Leaders in time for the upcoming semester.
