An award for the best viral campaign
7. Best Community Engagement
Recognition of the best use of social media to develop, manage and engage online audiences
8. Best use of Social Media to Research and Evaluate
Recognition of the best research and evaluation of online trends, topics and thoughts
9. Best use of Social Media in a Crisis
An award to recognise great use of social media to respond, inform and successfully manage the online aspects of a crisis
