This role will sit within the 72PointPLAY team, our London creative arm who handle all brand campaigns and media relations. We pride ourselves on our creativity and delivering first in class PR for some of our Britain’s best loved brands; Premier Inn, Moonpig, National Express, ASDA, BUPA, Renault... the list goes on.
Who we’re looking for:
An established Account Manager with PR agency experience. The highly organised individual will have a keen eye for detail and a strong track record in both client and project management.
It’s essential the candidate has a passion for people, a flair for creativity, and is keen to work within a fun, upbeat team environment.
An obsession for pop culture is imperative – this role requires a finger-on-the-pulse approach to the latest trends – if you know your GK Barry from your Chunkz and can name Stephen Graham’s latest Netflix banger… this is the role for you.
PR industry experience is crucial, along with established relationships with key press contacts and experience managing influencers/talent. You should have a strong background in client account management and a solid understanding of creative PR and the national news agenda.
You should be ambitious, highly organised, eager to learn, and quick to adapt. Strong communication skills, a talent for creative writing, and expertise in pitch deck creation are essential.
You must demonstrate a keen interest in popular news content across digital, social and print platforms, including influencers and talent. You’ll know all the latest celebrity gossip and have a hunger to keep up to date with key calendar moments (The Grammy’s etc).
You must also be calm under the pressure of tight deadlines, brilliant at juggling multiple pieces of work, and have good communication skills in person, on the phone and on email.
The role:
Based in our London HQ (minutes from Farringdon tube) within the 72PointPLAY team, this role focuses on account handling, maintaining daily client communication, and ensuring the team meets both internal and external deadlines.
The successful candidate will contribute to brainstorm sessions, help develop ideas, assist with campaigns and carry out full administrative duties relevant to client projects.
They will also liaise with the news generation, digital, video, design and social teams to ensure projects run seamlessly.
The successful candidate will be able to have the flexibility of working from home twice a week with all staff required to work from the office 3 days per week, Tuesday-Thursday.

- Extremely computer literate – experience of Microsoft Office is essential
- Be confident and personable with the ability to quickly strike a rapport with people, both in person and on the phone
