Head of Fundraising & Communications - Jamie's Farm

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 (based on experience)

Location: Jamie’s Farm Bath, Hill House Farm, SN13 8QA

An exceptional opportunity to play a key strategic role in a purpose-driven charity that is making a real difference in young lives. We’re seeking an innovative and passionate Head of Fundraising and Communications to lead our efforts in building strong, sustainable financial foundations and amplifying our voice on a national scale.

As the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will spearhead our efforts to secure the vital resources needed to expand our impact. Leading a talented team of both fundraising and communications professionals, you will develop and execute strategies that resonate with our supporters and stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the team in crafting compelling narratives, securing major gifts and developing diverse income streams, all while ensuring that our messaging aligns with the core values of Jamie’s Farm.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our communications strategy, ensuring that Jamie’s Farm continues growing its national presence and influence. By managing and mentoring the communications team, you will help us share our powerful stories of transformation, engage with a broader audience, and strengthen our brand identity. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure our messaging is cohesive, impactful and aligned with our mission to provide young people with the support they need to thrive.
