An insight into the depth of public anger about Barclays
Date of webcast: 29 June 2012 17:11 GMT
I came across this insight data presentation into the damage that Barclays is doing to its reputation during my Friday afternoon Twitter stroll. The data tracks public opinion of Barclays and has been put together by a firm called Spectrum Insight. It also looks at the question of whether Bob Diamond will survive the crisis. They give him a 5% chance of staying in his job! (according to public opinion.)
Barclays aside, it's also an interesting illustration of the power that insight data can have for brands and governments as they go through this type of crisis.
